At Uplift Her Hub, we are a community-driven organization determined to address the unique challenges faced by young single mothers with emphasis to teenage mothers. In many communities, young mothers face limited opportunities for education, financial independence, and personal growth. They are often overlooked, struggling to break free from the cycle of poverty and isolation. These young women face numerous obstacles—lack of resources, emotional distress, and the daunting task of providing for their children with little support.

Our mission is to change that narrative. We believe that every teenage mother deserves a chance to thrive. That’s why we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and psychosocial support to empower them in their entrepreneurial journey. At Uplift Her Hub, we don’t just teach skills—we create pathways to sustainable livelihoods and economic independence.

By offering hands-on experience in profitable livelihood projects like soap production, candle making, and tailoring, we give these young mothers the tools they need to start and grow their own businesses. We tackle the root causes of their challenges by offering a safe, structured space where they receive not only practical skills but also the emotional support they need to overcome fear, build confidence, and dream big.

Through personalized mentorship and community engagement, we help our beneficiaries transform their lives and become leaders in their communities. We are here to uplift, empower, and create lasting change—one teenage mother at a time.

Chalk Making

Manufacture school chalk to supply to local schools and educational institutions.

Provide opportunities for young single mothers to participate in the entire process, from production to distribution.

Candle production

Train members in the production of candles for both domestic and commercial use.

Market candles as part of the group’s income-generating activities.

Soap production

Train young single mothers in soap-making techniques.

Engage them in production, packaging, and marketing processes.

 

Book production

Produce and distribute affordable books and other educational materials.

Engage members in creative and sustainable ways of producing stationery.
